Paramount Estates Condominiums - 72 Units – Auburn Hills – Take Tienken Road West of Adams Road to Oxford West Road and Paramount Road.  This Association of single family detached site condominiums has lots of green space and beautiful homes.  The Association has no maintenance responsibilities for the homes; rather, its responsibilities are for a few common grass areas, natural areas, a detention pond, and enforcement of community rules.  The work we perform for this community is largely administrative in nature. 

Pine Knob Manor Homes - 49 Units - Clarkston - Take Waldon Rd. 1/4 mile East of Sashabaw to Royal St. George and Bristol Parke Drive.  This impressive community of luxurious single family detached condominiums are built exclusively in the French chalet architectural style with stucco siding, authentic cedar shake roofs, and are surrounded by the Pine Knob Golf Course.  The multi-mile views from the top of this hillside location make this one worth the drive.

Pine Knob Enclaves – 67 Units – Clarkston - Take Waldon Rd. 1/4 mile East of Sashabaw to Royal St. George, Enclaves Drive, Intermezzo Drive, and Cascade Court.  This community of attached brick condominiums has soaring ceilings, huge square footages, finely manicured grounds, and has a fantastic 400+ foot long water feature running through the middle of the community.  The multi-mile views from the top of this hillside location make this one worth the drive.

Rochester Park Condominiums - 52 Units - Rochester - Take Walton Blvd. 1/2 Mile East of Rochester Road to Miller and Baldwin Roads.  Walton will jog over 40' and change names to Miller at the stop sign directly in front of the Royal Park Hotel.  These 45-year-old brick townhouse style buildings were formerly apartments, and are a convenient way to live “in town”, within walking distance to all the downtown Rochester attractions and amenities.

Rochester North Condominiums – 73 Units – Rochester – Take Parkdale Road ½ mile East of Rochester Road to Plate Street.  These 45-year-old brick stacked ranch style buildings with common hallways and basements were formerly apartments, and are a convenient way to live “in town”, within walking distance to all the downtown Rochester attractions and amenities.

Hidden Borough Condominiums – 75 Units – Utica – Take M-59 1/2 mile East of M-53 to Hidden View Court.  This community of stacked ranch condominiums situated over 1 car garages is only 7 years old, and has quick access to Lakeside Mall and two major highways.  This tidy community is very mindful of their budget, and dues are only $125 per month!   

Gem Pointe Estates Condominiums - 99 Units - Washington Twp. - Take Jewell Road 1/2 mile North of 26 Mile Rd. to Juliette, Robert, and Michael Roads.  This 15 – year old attractive community of private-entry, attached ranch units has many services for a low monthly fee.

Village Place Condominiums - 28 Units - Washington Twp. - Amanda Cr.  Take VanDyke road 3/4 mile North of 26 Mile Rd. to Amanda Cr., well hidden between Hampton House Furniture and the Post Office on the West side of the road.  These large, attractive, well maintained newer condominiums are well run by a very involved and dedicated Board of Directors, with monthly fee that is surprisingly low.

Washington Woods Subdivision - 91 Units - Washington Twp.  Take VanDyke road 1/8 mile North of 26 Mile Rd. to Washington Woods Dr., Merlene Dr., Freda Dr., Lillian Dr., and Paul Dr.  The community is located directly behind the "Octagon House", and is a subdivision of new, single family detached homes that has recently been turned over to the homeowners from the Developer.  This association has no maintenance responsibilities for the homes; rather, its responsibilities are for a few common grass areas, the pond, the scenic walkways and bridges surrounding the pond, and enforcement of community rules.  The work we perform for this community is largely administrative in nature.

Forestbrook – 59 Units – Waterford Twp. – Take Hatchery Rd. 1 mile West of Dixie Hwy. to Compton Drive, Martin Drive, and Lovington Lane.  This brand new community of single family detached site condominiums are in the final stages of construction, and control of the Association Board of Directors has recently been turned over from the Developer to the Association Members.  This lovely community has many wooded areas and walking paths, providing a convenient place for the residents of Forestbrook to exercise and appreciate nature.

Harbor Oaks Condominiums - 108 Units - Waterford Twp. - Take Dixie Hwy 1/2 mile North of Walton Blvd. to Lake Pointe Drive, Harbor Oaks Blvd., Oak Hill Drive, and Ashley Lane.  This 20-year-old community is located on the shores of private All-Sports Eagle Lake, and has three stories of stacked ranches with common area hallways.  The residents of this community love their low maintenance waterfront lifestyle and convenient location.
