Creekside Village – 466 Units – Rochester – South of Runyon Road, West of Dequindre Rd. This master association has a beautiful pool, clubhouse, playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, and miles of walking paths spread throughout five separate neighborhoods of single-family detached homes and condominiums. The Association has no maintenance responsibilities for the homes; rather, its responsibilities are for the aforementioned amenities, entrances, common grass areas, natural areas, and enforcement of community rules.
Shadow Woods Subdivision – 419 Units – Rochester Hills – This large subdivision of single family detached homes with entrances on Adams Road, Tienken Road, and Brewster Road has lots of green space and beautiful homes. The Association has no maintenance responsibilities for the homes; rather, its responsibilities are for the entrances, common grass areas, natural areas, and enforcement of community rules.
Fairview Farms – 277 Units – Rochester Hills – Located on the North side of Tienken Road between Livernois and Brewster Roads on Barneswood Lane, Whispering Knoll Lane, East Fairview Lane, North Fairview Lane, East Horseshoe Bend and West Horseshoe Bend. This Subdivision of four bedroom, single family detached homes has large lots, three parks, many social events, and is a family oriented neighborhood. The Association has a responsibility to maintain the three entrances to the community, cul-de-sac islands, a retention basin, nature trails, and the park areas.
Terraces of Taylor Condominiums – 121 Units – Taylor – South of Eureka Road on Terrace Village Drive. These ranch and townhouse style condominiums feature a beautiful stone facade and large, green spaces. Community amenities include a gated entrance, clubhouse, and covered parking. Many of the residents are pilots, flight attendants, gate attendants, and other airline personnel who enjoy the easy, two-mile commute to Metro Airport.
Plymouth Village Condominium – 111 Units – Chesterfield – On the East side of Gratiot Avenue, South of 25 Mile Road on Halifax, Danvers, and Camden Circle. This community is a mix of attached and detached condominiums and the most exquisite clubhouse and pool. This community was partially developed in 2006, and construction on new units has begun again.
Cross Creek Village Condominiums – 106 Units – Rochester – North of Parkdale Road, West of Dequindre on Wyngate Drive, Rock Valley Drive and Millecoquins Court. This lovely community of large duet style condominiums has many wooded views and is close to the downtown Rochester attractions and amenities.
The Vistas – 100 Units – Southfield – Take Nine Mile Road East of Southfield Road to Gateway Circle. The residents of this gated community of attached townhouse style condominiums love their low maintenance lifestyle, convenient location, and easy access to several major freeways.
Paramount Estates – 72 Units – Auburn Hills – Take Tienken Road West of Adams Road to Oxford West and Paramount Roads. This Association of single family detached site condominiums has lots of green space and beautiful homes. The Association has no maintenance responsibilities for the homes; rather, its responsibilities are for the common grass areas, natural areas, detention pond, and enforcement of community rules. In addition to managing the common area grounds maintenance, the work we perform for this community is largely administrative.
Knolls North Condominiums – 65 Units – Rochester Hills – Take Livernois Rd. 7/8 mile North of Walton Blvd. to Greenview Ct., on the East side of Livernois. This luxury community is surrounded by the Great Oaks Golf Course and has three different architecture styles (including two unique “resort style” buildings, complete with underground parking and elevator service), large square footage, beautiful mature landscaping, and wonderful elevated views of the golf course and city.
Park Place South Condominiums – 57 Units – Shelby Twp. – North of 25 Mile Road, West of Shelby Road on Park Place Drive, Boardwalk Drive, and Pennsylvania Court. The Association has no maintenance responsibilities for the homes; rather, its responsibilities are to maintain the two entrances to the community and the natural areas. In addition to managing the common area grounds, the work we perform for this community is largely administrative.
Macomb Village Condominiums – 50 Units – Clinton Township – Take Garfield Road ¼ mile South of Canal Road to Anthony Drive, Tyler Drive, Kevin Drive, and Kyla Drive. These large, attractive, well maintained newer condominiums are well run by a very involved and dedicated Board of Directors, with monthly fees that are surprisingly low.
Parkdale Condominiums – 25 Units – Rochester – On the North side of Parkdale Road between Main Street and Leica Road. These 1960’s brick buildings feature two floors of ranch style units and were formerly apartments. This Association features commercial sized hot water heaters, boilers, and water softeners for the cost savings and convenience of the residents, and is a convenient place to live “in town”, within walking distance to all the downtown Rochester attractions and amenities.
Guinn Place Apartments – 13 Units – Lake Orion – Located on Atwater Street, just West of Lapeer Rd. (M24). The residents of these one and two bedroom apartments enjoy a convenient place to live “in town”, within walking distance to all the downtown Lake Orion attractions and recreational amenities.
